If it hadn’t been for her, we probably would have rushed into buying another property, but she encouraged us to wait it out for the property that we have now and truly love. She was able to negotiate a much lower purchase price for us on the property, and when we sold our first house, she knew what to do to maximize our asking price. When we purchased a rental property, she worked very hard behind the scenes to make the deal happen.
